Memories of Kirkbymoorside Childrens Hospital

Tony visits Ryedale Folk Museum to see some photographs from the collection and recalls his memories of time spent at the Yorkshire Children's Orthopaedic Hospital in Kirkbymoorside. His memories were aided by the book 'Adela Shaw and the Yorkshire Children's Orthopaedic Hospital - Kirkbymoorside' written and compiled by Kirkbymoorside History Group 2010.

Can you believe it another week gone! Well you can get lots done in a week. There doesn't feel to be enough hours in a day sometimes.

Summer is finally here!!! (About time too)

We are in for a great summer here at the museum. This is because we have got lots of events happening and we are looking for volunteers to come up to the museum or if you have any ideas for what activities we can do let the museum know.

Whatever you are doing everyone, have a fantastic summer!!!
